The Reception and Key Stage 1 Swimming Gala, held on Friday, 31st January, was a fantastic celebration of our young swimmers’ enthusiasm, determination, and teamwork. The BSC Swimming Pool was filled with excitement as students from Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 took to the water, showcasing their skills in a series of fun and engaging events.
The day began with our Reception students, who impressed everyone with their confidence and eagerness to participate. This was followed by the Year 1 and Year 2 races, where students demonstrated great progress and house spirit. The emphasis throughout the gala was on enjoyment and inclusivity, ensuring that every child felt valued and celebrated.
The event would not have been possible without the support of our wonderful parents and teachers, who cheered on the students and helped create a lively and encouraging atmosphere. A special thank you goes to our sports team and coaches for their dedication in preparing the students and ensuring a smooth and successful event.
Congratulations to all our young swimmers for their fantastic efforts! The day was filled with smiles, cheers, and plenty of splashes, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. We look forward to seeing our students continue to grow in confidence and skill in the pool.
