Our Year 5 students recently embarked on an unforgettable residential trip to Weligama, where they experienced adventure, teamwork, and the beauty of Sri Lanka’s coastline.
Over two action-packed days, the children took part in a range of exciting activities, including bodyboarding/surfing, snorkelling, and camp craft. They also demonstrated responsibility and environmental awareness by participating in a beach clean-up.
Beyond the fun and excitement, this trip provided valuable opportunities for students to develop independence, confidence, and a sense of adventure. Evenings at the campsite were filled with engaging group activities, fostering friendships and teamwork.
A big thank you to the students for their enthusiasm, the staff for their dedication, and the parents for their support in making this trip a resounding success!
